What does JobCapture actually do?
JobCapture is a done-for-you system that helps UK tradesmen stop losing jobs to missed calls, build up their Google reviews, and stay in touch with past customers — automatically. It includes missed-call text-back, a 5-star review engine, a trade-ready website, automated follow-up and referrals, and local visibility set-up. You don't manage it. We set it up and it runs.
Who is it for?
It's for UK tradesmen — plumbers, electricians, roofers, heating engineers, kitchen fitters, landscapers, and most other trades that get enquiries by phone or online. If you miss calls while you're on the tools and you want more booked jobs from the enquiries you already get, it's for you.
How long does it take to get set up?
Most trades are fully live within 7 days of signing up. Missed-call text-back is often running within the first day or two. Your review engine, website, and follow-up sequences are configured and live by Day 7. We handle the setup. You approve what you want to say and the system does the rest.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. We set everything up for you. You'll have access to an app on your phone where you can see replies, contacts, and reviews — but you don't need to configure anything. If you can send a text message, you can use JobCapture.
Will it work on my existing phone?
Yes. JobCapture runs as an app on iPhone or Android, and you can also access everything through a browser on any device. Your existing number forwards missed calls through the system.
How much does it cost?
£197/month, or £591 if you pay quarterly (that's £197/month billed every three months). No contract. Cancel anytime.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. You pay monthly (or quarterly) and you can cancel anytime. We'd rather keep you because the system works than keep you because of a contract.
What's the guarantee?
Two guarantees come with JobCapture. System Live Guarantee™ — Complete onboarding and approve your assets. If your missed-call text-back isn't live and tested within 14 days, your next month is free. 14-Day Fit Window — If it isn't what we described, we'll refund your first payment period.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. We can work with your existing site or set up the JobCapture trade site alongside it. Either way, missed-call text-back, reviews, and follow-up all run independently of your current website.
Does it work for all trades?
Yes. The system isn't trade-specific — it works for any tradesman who gets enquiries by phone or through a website form. We've set it up for plumbers, electricians, roofers, gas engineers, builders, kitchen fitters, and more.
